Step 1

Melt the chocolate using a double boiler or microwave.

Step 2

Dip each golgappa halfway (or completely) in the melted chocolate.

Step 3

Place on butter paper and let the chocolate set completely.

Step 4

Prepare the mousse by folding the cooled melted chocolate, cocoa powder, vanilla, and chocolate spread into the whipped cream.

Step 5

Make a small hole on top of each golgappa.

Step 6

Pipe the chocolate mousse inside until full.

Step 7

Garnish with chopped nuts, chocolate curls, or edible gold.

Step 8

Chill for 15–20 minutes before serving.
