Crush the biscuits into a fine powder using a mixer.

Step 2

Add cocoa powder, powdered sugar, and baking powder. Mix well.

Step 3

Pour in milk gradually and make a smooth batter.

Step 4

Add melted butter and vanilla essence.

Step 5

Mix in chocolate chips.

Step 6

Grease a cake tin or bowl and pour the batter into it.

Step 7

Steam in a cooker or steamer for 30–35 minutes on low flame.

Step 8

Let it cool completely.

Step 9

Decorate with melted chocolate, nuts, or sprinkles.
