Chilli Samosa

#MD26 This Recipe, samosa in chilli shape is tribute to my mother whom learnt to me the Recipe. This chilli samosa is most favorite and special to me and my honorable mom and today, I dedicated it to her.

Step 1

First of all in a mixing bowl add warm ghee, oil and salt to the AP flour. Dissolve the food color in water and add it. Knead the dough like a roti. Let it rest for 15 minutes.

Step 2

For stuffing, heat oil in a pan, saute ginger, chili garlic paste. Add onions and saute and add all the spices. Then add boiled peas, potatoes and mix. Add lemon juice, coriander and mix it well. remove from heat and allow to cool down. Stuffing is ready.

Step 3

Take lemon size portion from the dough and roll Pooris. Fill it with stuffing and use water to sticks one side edges and make a shape like a cone. stick the edge and press the down side in as shown in photo to Make Shape like chilli.

Step 4

Prepare all the stuffed chilli as same procedure. Heat oil in a pan and fry the chillies slowly till crisp.

Step 5

Chilli samosa is ready. Serve hot with chutney.
