Step 1

In a bowl, mix sattu, onion, cucumber, tomato, chili, coriander, cumin powder, and salts.

Step 2

Add lemon juice and mustard oil. Sprinkle water gradually and mix until the mixture holds its shape.

Step 3

Divide into 4 portions and shape into balls (“Veg Bombs”). Serve immediately or chill for 15–20 minutes.
