Step 1

Mash the boiled potatoes in a bowl. Add green chilli, coriander leaves, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala and salt. Mix well.

Step 2

Prepare a smooth batter by mixing besan, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt and water.

Step 3

Take two bread slices and spread the potato mixture between them. Cut into triangle shapes.

Step 4

Heat oil in a deep pan. Dip each stuffed bread piece into the besan batter and coat evenly.

Step 5

Deep fry on medium flame until golden brown and crispy from all sides.

Step 6

Serve hot with green chutney or tomato ketchup.
