Make a dough by using above all written ingredients.

Step 2

Make rolls.

Step 3

Steam the rolls approximately 20 to 25 minutes.

Step 4

Cut the rolls into small round pieces.

Step 5

Take a tadka pan.pour 1tbsp oil .add rai and sesame seeds.Roast muthia until it becomes crisp.
