In a bowl add sugar and eggs and whisk well

Step 2

Add melted butter to it and whisk well

Step 3

Add milk and vanilla essence and whisk well

Step 4

In another bowl add sieved Maida, add baking powder and salt

Step 5

Mix well

Step 6

Add Maida gradually to egg mix and whisk

Step 7

Batter is ready

Step 8

In a pan smear with butter and add one ladle of batter

Step 9

When bubbles are visible flip

Step 10

Set aside and complete batches

Step 11

Serve with blueberries, coffee and cranberry juice
