Some recipes are more than just food—they’re memories served on a plate. My father’s favorite jackfruit sabji is one of those special dishes that brings back the warmth of home, family meals, and countless moments shared around the dining table. Every bite reminds us of his simple tastes, his love for traditional flavors, and the joy of cooking something that always made him smile. This recipe will forever hold a special place in our hearts.
