Heat oil in kadhai add chana dal, urad dal and cook for 5 minutes or until light golden on low flame heat. Then add capcicum, onion, garlic, green chili, coriander leaves, salt and cook for 5 minutes or until soft and trasulent.
Then turn off the flame and let it cool completely. Now in a blender jar add prepare bell pepper mixture, lemon juice and some water blend it them until smooth consistency.
Transfer in serving bowl. Healthy and tasty bell pepper chutney is ready.
