Step 1

Break the bael fruit and scoop out the pulp into a bowl. Add water and mash well to extract the juice. Strain to remove seeds and fibers.

Step 2

Add jaggery and mix until fully dissolved. Now add grated coconut, black pepper, boondi, banana with it.

Step 3

Mix everything well to get a smooth, slightly thick drink. Garnish with some fresh coconut and cherries.
