Heat oil in a pan and add rai , jeera and white sesame seeds
Let them splutter , then add curry leaves and green chillies
Now add grated beetroot and mix it well
Cook it for 2 minutes , then add idli pieces
Mix them very nicely but gently
Add podi masala and salt , mix it very nicely Let it roast in low heat for 3-4 minutes
Switch off the gas and take it out in a serving bowl
Garnish it with masala peanuts and coriander leaves
