#Aloo Aloo crispies can be served as dry vegetable in main course. Aloo Crispies coated with refined flour (maida) are a popular tea-time snack consisting of spiced, fried potatoes, which are coated in a refined flour and deep-fried to a golden-brown, crunchy texture. After tossed with mixed spices .

Step 1

Peel & prick the potatoes.Coat with Refined flour .

Step 2

Add salt and keep aside for 2 minute.

Step 3

Heat the oil and deep fry the potatoes on a slow flame until the potatoes become soft not brown take out from the oil.

Step 4

Just before serving reheat the oil & deep fry the potatoes until crisp & golden brown

Step 5

Remove from the oil and keep on paper towel in a broad flat dish.

Step 6

Mix together all the dry spices (red chilli powder, mint powder, rock salt to taste mango powder , blackpepper powder& jeera powder Roasted) and toss the potatoes from both sides in this spice mix immediately.

Step 7

To serve as snack arrange on a serving platter, garnish with coriander & serve hot
