Step 1

In a bowl, mix hung curd, ginger-garlic paste, chili powder, turmeric, garam masala, lemon juice, oil, and salt.

Step 2

Add paneer cubes (and vegetables if using) to the marinade. Coat well.

Step 3

Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 2 hours for best flavor.

Step 4

Heat a non-stick pan or grill pan. Cook paneer cubes on medium heat for 8–10 minutes, turning occasionally until golden brown.

Step 5

Serve hot with green chutney, lemon wedges, or as a side with salad.
