#GF26 Methi Gota is a very famous street food of Gujarat. Gota is none other than Bhajiya – Fritters. The only difference is that Methi Gota is a little bit bigger in size than Pakora/Fritters. Make sure they are fried to a yellow color not golden or brown. The outer layer should be crispy and soft and the spongy inner layer.  Methi Gota are served with fried green chillies, onion slices, tamarind jaggery chutney, green chili coriander chutney, and a cup of masala hot tea.
