Sandesh Mishti Doi Modak

Heat ghee in a pan. Add sugar, crumbled paneer & strawberry rabdi. Strawberry Rabdi is just added strawberry paste in normal rabdi. Normal rabdi also can be used.

Cook it till the mixture starts to leave the sides of the pan. Once it’s done switch off the flame & make it cool .

Sandesh mixture is ready

Mash it well then.

Take modak mould, put some sandesh mixture inside it pressing it well to make a hole in centre.

Fill the hole with Mishti doi using piping bag or spoon. Seal the below portion with some sandesh mixture.

Delicious Sandesh Mishti Doi Modak is ready for Bappa.
