#kj6 A rich, melt-in-the-mouth festive delight made with just 2 main ingredients! This traditional Mawa Cake is prepared with pure mawa (khoya) and sugar, baked to a beautiful golden-brown perfection. Soft from inside, slightly caramelized from outside, and topped with crunchy almonds, pistachios and aromatic cardamom. No maida, no cream, no hassle – just pure desi sweetness perfect for Lord Krishna’s bhog and your festive celebrations. Tastes best when served chilled, cut like a cake or barfi. Also bake in gas tandoor.
