Step 1

Makhana Kheer :- Roast the makhana in ghee and crush them lightly. Boil the milk and add the makhana. Cook on low heat until the kheer thickens.

Step 2

Add sugar, cardamom, and nuts. Mix well and serve warm or chilled. Heat ghee and lightly roast the coriander powder. Add nuts and coconut. Let it cool. Mix in powdered sugar and serve.

Dhaniya Panjiri :- Heat ghee and lightly roast the coriander powder. Add nuts and coconut. Let it cool. Mix in powdered sugar and serve.

Step 4

Singhada Aata Halwa :- Heat ghee and roast the singhada flour. Slowly add milk or water while stirring. Add sugar and cook until thick. Add cardamom and nuts and serve.

Step 5

Sabudana Kheer :- Wash and soak the sabudana until soft. Boil milk and add the soaked sabudana. Cook until the sabudana becomes soft. Add sugar, cardamom, and nuts. Cook for a few more minutes and serve.

Step 6

Makhan-Mishri :- Take fresh makhan in a bowl. Add mishri and mix gently. Garnish with nuts if desired. Serve fresh.
