Vegetables Tikki Burger

Step 1

Heat oil in a pan and put onion saute for 2 minutes then add green chillies and ginger cook further for a minute

Then add green peas cover the lid and let it cook on low heat until it becomes soft Then add carrot and cabbage cook for 3 – 4 minutes then add red chilly powder and dhania powder mix nicely

Now add mashed potatoes mix well let it roast for 5 – 7 minutes then add salt and chaat masala mix nicely

The tikki mixture is ready

Let it cool down then add some bread crumbs if required to the mixture

Heat a pan and grease it with little oil

Now make tikki from the mixture according to the size of the burger bun it should be a little thick

Roll the tikki in the bread crumbs and place it in the hot pan Roast the tikki from both the sides on low heat by brushing some oil until it becomes brown from both the sides

In this way make all the tikki

In a serving plate arrange lettuce leaf cucumber tomato and onion slices Cut the burger into two halves apply mayonnaise mixture on the inner part of the burger on both the pieces Place the lower part of the burger on the lettuce leaf Then place lettuce leaves and cabbage leaves on it then cheese slice tikki tomato slice and cucumber slice sprinkle some chaat masala now place the upper part of the burger bun Stick them with a toothpick serve some french fries along with the burger
