Step 1

Wash Kale Chane & Rice properly and soak them together for 6–8 hours.

Step 2

Soak Poha separately for 10–15 minutes.

Step 3

Grind soaked Chana, Rice, Poha, Ginger, Green Chillies & Cumin Seeds with little water into a smooth batter.

Step 4

Keep the batter covered for 6–8 hours for fermentation.

Step 5

Add salt and adjust the batter consistency with water. It should be like normal dosa batter.

Step 6

Heat a non-stick/tawa and lightly grease it with oil.

Step 7

Pour one ladle of batter and spread it gently into a thin round dosa.

Step 8

Drizzle little oil around the edges and cook on medium flame until golden & crispy.

Step 9

Flip and cook the other side for 1–2 minutes.

Step 10

Serve hot with Green Chutney, Coconut Chutney or Aloo-Pyaz Chutney.
