Step 1

Crush the boiled sweet corn slightly.

Step 2

In a bowl, mix sweet corn, mashed potatoes, grated cheese, cornflour, breadcrumbs, chilli flakes, black pepper, oregano and salt.

Step 3

Take a small portion of the mixture, place a cheese cube in the centre and make a smooth ball.

Step 4

Coat the balls with breadcrumbs.

Step 5

Deep fry or air-fry until golden and crispy.

Step 6

Serve hot with tomato ketchup or mayonnaise.

Step 7
