Sift flour, powdered sugar, cocoa powder and baking powder.

Add milk + vanilla essence. Mix into smooth batter.

Fold in walnuts + grated chocolate.

Step 4

Fill 1 tsp batter in center of each patasi.

Step 5

Microwave on HIGH for 1 minute till brownie puffs up.

Step 6

Oven option: 180°C for 8-10 minutes

Step 7

Heat sizzler plate till smoking hot.

Step 8

Add 1 tsp butter + 1 tbsp chocolate sauce. Let it sizzle.

Step 9

Place patasi brownie on hot plate.

Step 10

Top with vanilla ice cream + chocolate sauce drizzle.

Step 11

Serve immediately with that sizzling sound
