Step 1

In a saucepan, heat ghee and sauté ragi flour until the rawness disappears for about 3-4 minutes.

Gradually add water, stirring continuously to avoid lumps until all the water is incorporated.

Mix in cocoa powder until well combined.

Step 4

Slowly pour in coconut milk, stirring constantly, and allow the mixture to come to a boil.

Step 5

Let the mixture thicken slightly, then add a pinch of sea salt, vanilla and jaggery. Cook until the mixture thickens to your desired consistency.

Step 6

Turn off the heat and stir in the dark chocolate until melted.

Step 7

Pour the hot chocolate into a cup, garnish with chocolate shavings, and a cinnamon stick.
