Delicious, crispy and cheesy Corn Cheese Katori Chaat is ready to serve! Perfect for parties, evening snacks, or kids’ tiffin treats!
Grind the boiled corn coarsely. Mix with mashed potatoes, cornflour, and salt to make a dough.
Grease muffin moulds or small bowls and press the mixture to form katoris.
Bake at 180°C for 15-20 minutes or air-fry until the katoris become crisp and golden.
In a bowl, mix boiled corn, onion, tomato, capsicum, mayonnaise, salt, and black pepper.
Fill the prepared corn katoris with this mixture.
Top with grated cheese and bake for 2-3 minutes until the cheese melts.
Garnish with sev, coriander, chilli flakes, and a drizzle of ketchup or green chutney.
