Step 1

In a bowl, mix makki ka atta, besan, onion, green chillies, ginger, coriander, and all the spices.

Step 2

Add warm water little by little and make a soft dough.

Step 3

Grease your palms with a little oil and shape the dough into small flat wadas.

Step 4

Heat oil in a kadai on medium flame.

Step 5

Gently slide the wadas into the hot oil and fry until golden and crisp from both sides.

Step 6

Remove and place on a tissue paper to absorb excess oil.

Step 7

Serve hot with green chutney, garlic chutney, or a cup of tea.
