Grate the sweet corn and keep it aside.
Heat oil and butter in a pan. Add ginger-green chilli paste and sauté for a few seconds.
Add turmeric powder and grated corn. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
Pour in the milk, add salt and sugar, and mix well.
Cover and cook on low flame for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add fresh cream for extra richness and mix.
Garnish with coriander, grated coconut, and sev.
Serve hot with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice.
