Soak the figs in warm water for 10 minutes and drain.

Blend the dates and figs into a coarse mixture.

Heat ghee in a pan and roast the almonds, cashews, and pistachios for 2-3 minutes.

Add the date-fig mixture and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring continuously.

Step 5

Switch off the flame and let the mixture cool slightly.

Step 6

Grease your hands and shape the mixture into small bites or balls.

Step 7

Roll them in desiccated coconut if desired.

Step 8

Refrigerate for 20 minutes and enjoy your healthy, naturally sweet Khajoor Anjeer Bites!
