Step 1

Grind Oats into smooth powder.

Step 2

Add sooji to Oats Powder, add salt + sugar + curd + water and mix well.

Step 3

Allow to rest for 8 – 10 minutes.

Step 4

Add more water as required, lastly add ENO and give a gentle mix.

Step 5

Idli batter is done.

Step 6

Keep steamer ready. Add 3 tbsp of the idli batter to greased moulds and steam for 8 – 10 minutes. Take out from steamer and allow to cool.

Step 7

Serve fluffy OATS IDLI with Sambar and Coconut chutney.
