Step 1
In a small bowl, add 4 tablespoons melted butter, 4 tablespoons raw sugar, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon, 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper, 18 teaspoon sea salt, and mix well.

Pour the prepared glaze over pineapple slices, and ensure both sides are coated well. Let it rest for 15 minutes.
Step 3
Heat the cast iron grill pan over medium heat (or an outdoor grill). Coat the pan (or grill gates) with little oil or cooking spray.
Step 4
Grill the pineapple slices for 4-5 minutes on each side, basting once or more with the remaining glaze, or until golden and caramelized on both sides.
Step 5
Remove from the grill pan and serve the way you like.
