Step 1

Assemble ingredients, boil Noodles in sufficient Water by adding little salt + Oil. Then drain excess water and keep aside.

Step 2

In a deep kadhai, heat oil, then add ginger garlic and sauté for few seconds, then add chopped onion and sauté till pinkish then add all veggies and stir fry till veggies turn soft yet crunchy. Add salt + sauce and mix well.

Step 3

Then add boiled noodles and mix gently and make sure that noodles coats well with the veggie mixture.

Step 4

Cook further for few more minutes and Chow Mein is done.
