Stir Fry Chana Moong Sprouts Sabji

Step 1

Heat oil in a wok. Add cumin seeds and let it splutter for a second. Add onion and green chilli. Fry till golden.

Step 2

Add sprouted green moong dal. Mix well.

Step 3

Add boiled black chana, salt, red chili powder, cumin powder, chat masala and turmeric powder. Mix well.

Step 4

Add tamarind paste. Mix well.

Step 5

Add water and fry on high flame. Keep stirring inbetween.

Step 6

Add coriander leaves and mix well on high flame.

Step 7

Water will evaporate. Switch off the flame.

Step 8

Stir fry chana moong is ready.

Step 9

Transfer to a serving dish.

Step 10

Serve as a side dish in lunch or dinner.
