Soya Cutlets

Step 1

Boil Soya chunks and squeeze water as much as possible. Marinade with Red Chilli powder + salt + garam masala powder + ginger and Marinade for 15 – 20 minutes.

Step 2

Grind Bread slices and make crumbs.

Step 3

Mash boiled Potato , add bread crumbs , add Onion + soya and gently mix all ingredients.

Step 4

Pinch medium size balls from the mixture and give shape of Tikki.

Step 5

Then coat each Tikki with bread crumbs and Refrigerate for 15 minutes.

Step 6

Now deep fry each Tikli in sufficient Oil till golden brown from all sides.

Step 7

Cutlets are done.
