Aloo Capsicum Sabji and Chapati

Step 1

Finely chop Capsicum and Potato.

Step 2

In heated pan add Mustard Oil, add dry red chilli + Nigella seeds, let them crackle then add potatoes and stir fry for 3-4 minutes, then add capsicum and stir fry for 3-4 minutes by add turmeric + salt + green chilli.

Step 3

Now add Water, mix nicely and cook by covering for 4-5 minutes. By now capsicum n potato have cooked well and have turned soft.

Step 4

Let water dry up and now Sabji is ready to serve. Pack in Tiffin box with Chapati.
