Marinade boiled soya chunks with salt + turmeric + cumin powder + coriander powder + red chilli powder + garam masala powder + mustard oil, mix very nicely and marinade for 7-8 minutes.

In the mean time, Chop all veggies and assemble all ingredients.
In moderately heated pan add oil, add whole spices and allow to sizzle, then add onion and sauté for few seconds.
Then add ginger + all veggies and stir fry for 3-4 minutes.
Then add marinaded soya chunks and stir fry for another 2-3 minutes.
Now add rice + salt + sugar and mix very gently.
Cook for 3-4 minutes, cover and keep in stand by mode for 1 minute.
Dish is done.
