Take fenugreek ( methi ) leaves and chopped spinach in a bowl .
Add 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 1/4 tsp hing , pinch of baking soda , green chilli chopped, salt and sugar and mix everything well .
Now add lemon juice and rest the batter for 5-7 minutes.
Now add 1tsp oil and mix everything well again.
Now add our hero ingredients ragi flour, sorghum ( jowar) flour to the batter and knead it to a dough by adding little water .
Dough consistency should be adjusted accordingly that we can make balls easily. ( little hard to adjust the filling too )
Make small rounds from dough , flatten it on the palm and make cup shapes to fill it with pomegranate and paneer.
Roll it after stuffing, seal the edges properly that stuffing should be well incorporated in centre .
Now flatten it by pressing it and shellow fry .
