Keep all the ingredients on the kitchen counter, cut the onion into pieces, take out gram flour in a big bowl, now add onion, all the spices, crushed garlic and green chilli paste in it. Mix everything well.
Place the pan on the gas, add oil, now put the kanda pakodas and fry them lightly. Take it out in a plate and do the same. Now deep fry it again until it becomes golden and then take it out.
Delicious Kanda Pakodas are ready, take them out in a serving plate and serve with sauce, green chutney.
