Step 1

Boil the milk in a pan.

Add roasted sewai and cook for 5–7 minutes until soft

Step 3

In a small bowl, mix custard powder with 1/4 cup cold milk.

Step 4

Add this custard mixture to the boiling milk while stirring continuously.

Step 5

Add sugar, cardamom powder, and dry fruits. Cook until slightly thick.

Step 6

Let it cool completely, then refrigerate for 1–2 hours.

Step 7

Serve chilled

Step 8

Add chopped fresh fruits n dryfruits before serving.
