Step 1

In a mixing bowl combine together mango pieces , salt and haldi powder , mix them well

Step 2

Cover and keep it in the sun for 3 – 4 days , mix it everyday with a spoon

Step 3

After – 2 days we can see the water has come out from the mango pieces , mix it and again keep it under the sunlight for 2 more days

Step 4

Then add heeng and red chilli powder and mix nicely but gently

Step 5

Again keep it for 2 days but not under the sunlight , in the shadow

Step 6

After two days transfer it to a sterilized bottle and close the lid

Step 7

It is ready to use , you can store it for the whole year , we can have it with Ragi crackers
