#PD26 Mint and raw mango Chutney is a spicy and tangy dip made with raw mango and fresh mint leaves. By adding ginger, onion, and red chilli, this recipe is a marvelous side dish that goes well with all types of chaat, tikki, burgers and South Indian dishes like idli, dosa, and uthappam.

Step 1

Wash and clean mint leaves and coriander leaves. Peel, Wash and chop onion, ginger and raw mango.

Step 2

Transfer it in a mixer. Add all masala ingredients.

Step 3

Grind it to a smooth paste.

Step 4

Transfer it in a serving bowl and serve with meal or snacks.
