#PD26 Coriander leaves and tomato Chutney is a spicy chutney. Adding fresh cilantro or coriander leaves lends a wonderful flavor and herby taste to this chutney and also makes it healthier. It is Vegan and gluten free. By adding ginger, onion, and red chilli, this recipe becoms a marvelous side dish that goes well with all types of meal.

Step 1

Wash and clean coriander leaves. Peel, Wash and chop onion, ginger and tomates.

Step 2

Transfer it in a mixer. Add all masala ingredients.

Step 3

Grind it to a smooth paste.

Step 4

Transfer it in a serving bowl and serve with meal or snacks.
