Amla & Coriander Chutney

#PD26 Amla Chutney brings together the freshness of coriander and tanginess of Amla or Indian gooseberries. While coriander is commonly used in chutneys. This chutney is full of vitamin C.

Step 1

Peel, wash, chop onion, green chilli and ginger. Wash and clean coriander leaves. Wash and dry amla.

Step 2

Add all ingredients in a mixer and add 1 tb spoon water and Grind it.

Step 3

Add salt, cumin seeds powder and remaining 1 tb spoon water and pulse again till fine paste.

Step 4

Delicious amla chutney is ready.
