Step 1

Take oranges. Cut the oranges into thin slices.

Step 2

In a pan, add the orange slices and sugar, then bring to a boil.

Step 3

Blend the orange pulp in a mixer to make orange puree.

Step 4

Pour the orange puree into the pan and simmer on low heat.

Step 5

Add lemon juice to the jam and boil until it thickens.

Step 6

The orange jam is ready when the mixture turns translucent and thick.

Step 7

Let it cool slightly, then fill into sterilized glass jars. Store in the fridge.

Step 8

Serve with hot toast, bread, paratha, or puri.
