In a large bowl add mangoes pieces, sugar, black salt, salt, haldi powder, red chili powder and mix it well and keep aside. Heat oil in kadhai add Panchphoran and let it crackle and aromatic.

Then add prepare mangoes mixture and cook for 10 minutes on low flame heat. Stir occasionally. Add Jaggery and stir continuously for 1 minutes. Cook for 10 another minutes on simmer (low) or until translate and soft thick consistency. Then turn off the flame. Delicious and yummy

Aam Ka Meetha Achar is ready!!it cool completely then transfer in the well dry glass jar and keep it in refrigerator. Enjoy for atleast 2 to 3 month.
