Step 1

Wash the grapes nicely and cut into pieces

Step 2

Now grind together black grapes and sugar in a mixer jar

Step 3

Then put this mixture in a pan and cook on low heat until it becomes thick and all the moisture evaporates

Step 4

Now add lemon juice and mix it very nicely

Step 5

Let it cool down completely then we can put it in an airtight container

Step 6

We can store it in the refrigerator for 3 months

Step 7

We can use this in various desserts like topping for icecream , milk shakes , pudding , kheer , firni
