Grind together lemons and chillies into a paste , grind in small quantities at a time
Heat a pan and put together the ready paste , sugar and salt , and cook on low heat , stirring occasionally , until it becomes thick like a jam
When it cools down completely , store it in a sterilised bottle
It will stay good for the whole year .
