Tomato Raw Mango Chutney

Step 1

Take pan put mustard oil

Step 2

Cut tomato and raw mango in half and put in the pan with two to three green chillies add little salt and cover it to roast

Step 3

Aftr 5 minutes chamge its side and let it cook it again

Step 4

After 10 minutes remove the cover and let it cool

Step 5

Peel the tomato and raw mango

Step 6

Take jar put the roasted tomato raw mango green chillies left over mustard oil add all spices onion and coriander leaves and churn it

Step 7

Churn coarsely or smooth

Step 8

Tomato raw mango chutney ready
