Rose Apple and Raisin Chutney

Step 1

Wash the rose apples thoroughly

Step 2

Cut the rose apples lengthwise and remove centre part with the seeds and the hard base

Step 3

Heat 1teaspoon oil in a pan and add hing and methi Dana in it

Step 4

Put the rose apples and raisins and cook on low flame till soft(add a little water if needed)

Step 5

Add jaggery ,salt ,and vinegar and mix

Step 6

Remove the pan from fire

Step 7

Let the chutney mix cool

Step 8

Add bhuna zeera powder

Step 9

Put this mix in a blender and blend it for a minute

Step 10

Serve with parantha,rice or as suitable
