Pearl Millet and Veggies Sandwich

Step 1

In a bowl, mix pearl millet flour, wheat flour, vegetables, spices, and coriander leaves.

Step 2

Add water gradually and make a soft dough.

Step 3

Divide the dough into small portions and roll gently between parchment sheets or with dry flour.

Step 4

Cook both sides lightly on a tawa until half cooked.

Step 5

Spread green chutney or mayonnaise between two prepared bajra flatbreads like a sandwich.

Step 6

Roast with little butter or ghee until crispy and golden.

Step 7

Cut into triangles and serve hot with ketchup or chutney.
