Mini Malpua/Ras Pua

One recipe my mom taught me is instant mini ras pua. This juicy, sweet and mouthwatering. Celebrating Mom and my favorite dessert today. White flour, milk, sugar syrup and desi ghee. We love it because it’s royal touch of essence and amazing aroma which is magic of dessert and perfect for any special occasion and festive celebrations. #MD26

Step 1

Firstly, prepare the malpua batter by taking maida,  milk powder, rava. Add in  milk or as required and whisk. Whisk smooth adding more milk as required. Rest for 20 minutes or till batter turns light.

Step 2

Now prepare the malpua by pouring 2-3 tbsp of batter in a ladle over hot oil. Shallow fry in medium hot oil.
Flip over and fry both sides till the malpua gets cooked completely.

Step 1

Drain off the oil and dip in sugar syrup. Soak the malpua on both sides for 5 minutes or till it absorbs sugar syrup.

Step 4

Finally, garnish instant malpua recipe with few chopped dry fruits.
