Step 1
Boil the pasta. Cook macaroni in salted water according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Make the cheese sauce- In a pan, melt butter on medium heat. Add flour and stir for 1–2 minutes. Slowly add milk while stirring to avoid lumps. Cook until it thickens

Add cheese- Add shredded cheese and stir until melted and smooth.

Season- Add salt, pepper, and chilli flakes oregano spices. And tomato ketchup.

Combine. Add the cooked macaroni to the sauce and mix well.
