Step 1

Blend paneer, Greek yogurt, salt, and sweetener until smooth. This is the replacement for mascarpone.

Step 2

Cut wholewheat bread slices into your desired mould shape. This is the replacement for ladyfingers.

Step 3

Dip bread pieces quickly in espresso so they don’t get soggy.

Step 4

Arrange in a dish: Layer espresso-dipped bread, then paneer-yogurt cream. Repeat layers.

Step 5

Dust the top with cocoa powder.

Step 6

Set in refrigerator for 2-3 hours. Serve chilled.
